Over the past decade, he’s coached hundreds, created career readiness curricula, and trained coaches at major tech bootcamps and boutique organizations. Benjamin’s empathy is personal: his own early-career uncertainty fuels his deep understanding of the challenges people face.

He holds a Master’s in Integral Counseling Psychology and a BA in Cultural Anthropology, grounding his approach in clinical insight and a holistic understanding of human experience.
